1. Who we are

QORPAMIL is operated by QORPAMIL MARKETING LTD (company number 17537754), registered office Office 2140, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom ("QORPAMIL", "we", "us"). These terms apply when you create an account, subscribe to a plan or buy AI credits. By doing so you accept them.

2. The service

QORPAMIL is online software for e-commerce and direct-to-consumer brands. It lets you manage email and SMS marketing from one panel, with AI features that segment your customers by behaviour, draft campaigns, choose send times and optimise automated flows. Access is provided through the QORPAMIL web app. Nothing physical is delivered.

3. Your account

Creating an account is free and does not start a paid subscription. You must give accurate details, keep your login secure and be at least 18 and acting for a business, or as a consumer where the law allows. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to it.

4. Plans and billing

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Plans are monthly subscriptions: the first payment is taken when you subscribe and the plan renews automatically every month, on the same date, at the price shown at the time, until you cancel. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance of any price change, and you can cancel before it applies. If a renewal payment fails we may pause paid features until it is resolved. If you go over your plan's contact limit we will ask you to remove contacts or move to a larger plan; we do not charge overage automatically.

5. AI credits

AI credits are prepaid units of AI usage. They are used when the AI generates a campaign, creates a predictive segment or optimises a flow. Credits are sold in packs of 100 (£10), 300 (£27) and 1,000 (£80), or in any amount at £0.10 per credit in blocks of 10. Each credit purchase is a one-off payment: it is not a subscription and never renews. Credits are linked to your account, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and stay available while your account is open. Credits do not guarantee any particular marketing result.

6. SMS charges

Plans and credits do not include the cost of delivering text messages. SMS delivery is billed separately according to the destination country and volume, and the cost is shown in the app before you send.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you have already paid for: you keep access until then and you will not be charged again. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Your contacts and your messages

You are responsible for the contact lists you import and the messages you send. You must have a lawful basis, and where required consent, to contact each person by email or SMS, in line with the UK GDPR, the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) and any other law that applies to your audience. You must not send spam, misleading content or anything unlawful, and you must honour opt-outs. Our Privacy policy explains how we process your contacts' data on your behalf.

9. Acceptable use

You must not use QORPAMIL to send unsolicited bulk messages, to promote illegal products or services, to harass anyone, or to try to break or overload the service. We may suspend sending, or your account, if we reasonably believe these terms are being broken or your messages are harming recipients or our sending reputation. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

10. AI-generated content

The AI drafts content and makes suggestions; you decide what is sent. Please review messages before they go out. We do not guarantee any level of opens, clicks, revenue or other results.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to keep QORPAMIL available and secure, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may improve or change features; if a change significantly reduces what your plan includes, we will tell you and you may cancel.

12. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or loss of profit, and our total liability in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.

13. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. When an account is closed we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it as described in our Privacy policy.

14. Law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts. If something goes wrong, please contact us first at [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL] and we will try to resolve it.
