Refund & cancellation policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for QORPAMIL subscriptions and AI credits sold by QORPAMIL MARKETING LTD (company number 17537754), registered office Office 2140, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom. It forms part of our Terms of service.
1. Cancelling your subscription
- You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL].
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep full access until then and you will not be charged again.
- We confirm every cancellation by email. If you don't receive the confirmation within 2 working days, please contact us.
- Creating an account does not start a paid subscription, so there is nothing to cancel if you never chose a plan.
2. Your 14-day right to cancel (consumers)
If you are a consumer in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from the date you first subscribe to cancel. Because you ask us to start the service straight away, if you cancel within those 14 days we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the days of access you have already had. This right applies to your first subscription payment, not to later monthly renewals.
3. Monthly renewals
Outside the 14-day window, monthly payments are not refunded for partial months: cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. If you were charged for a renewal you didn't expect, tell us within 14 days of the charge and, if you haven't used the paid features since it was taken, we will refund it.
4. AI credits
- Credits are one-off purchases and never renew.
- Credits that have been used are not refundable.
- Unused credits can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying them. If you have used part of a pack, we refund the unused credits at the price you paid for that pack.
- After 14 days, unused credits are not refundable but remain available in your account while it is open.
5. SMS delivery charges
SMS delivery costs for messages that have been sent cannot be refunded. If messages failed because of a fault on our side, we will credit or refund the cost.
6. Faults
If QORPAMIL does not work as described, tell us. We will fix it, or where we cannot do so within a reasonable time, refund you for the affected period, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 where it applies.
7. How to make a claim
Email [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL] from the address on your account, with your order or invoice number and a short explanation. Claims must be made within 14 days of the charge in question, except for faults, which you can report at any time. We reply within 2 working days and, once a refund is approved, we process it within 14 days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
