1. Who we are
QORPAMIL MARKETING LTD (company number 17537754), registered office Office 2140, 85 Dunstall Hill, Wolverhampton, WV6 0SR, United Kingdom is the controller of the personal data of our customers and website visitors. Contact: [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL].
2. Two kinds of data
- Your data as a customer: the details of the people who create and use QORPAMIL accounts. We are the controller of this data.
- Your contacts' data: the customer lists you import or collect through QORPAMIL (names, email addresses, phone numbers, order and browsing events, consent records). For this data you are the controller and we act as your processor, under Article 28 of the UK GDPR.
3. What we collect about customers
- Account details: name, business name, email, phone number, login details.
- Billing details: plan, invoices, billing address. Card payments are handled by our payment providers; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Usage data: how you use the app, device and browser information, IP address and essential cookies.
- Support messages you send us.
4. Why we use it and our lawful bases
- To provide the service, take payments and manage your account (performance of a contract).
- To keep QORPAMIL secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the product (legitimate interests).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To send you product news, only if you agree (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
5. How we process your contacts' data
- We process your contacts' data only on your documented instructions, to provide the service: storing it, building segments, generating and sending messages and measuring results.
- We do not sell your contacts' data or use it to market to them ourselves, and we do not combine it with other customers' data.
- AI features analyse your contacts' behaviour inside your own workspace to build segments, draft messages and pick send times. Your contacts' data is not used to train AI models shared with other customers.
- You are responsible for having a lawful basis, and where required consent, to message each contact. QORPAMIL records consent status and source, adds an unsubscribe option to every email and an opt-out instruction to every SMS, and suppresses unsubscribed contacts automatically.
- Our staff access your contacts' data only when needed to support you or keep the service running, under confidentiality obligations.
- We help you respond to your contacts' requests (access, deletion, objection) and will tell you without undue delay if we become aware of a personal data breach affecting them.
- You can export or delete your contacts at any time. When your account is closed we delete your contacts' data within 30 days, except for the minimum suppression list needed to keep honouring opt-outs, unless you ask us to delete that too.
6. Who we share data with
We use carefully chosen providers (sub-processors) for hosting, email delivery, SMS delivery, payments, AI processing and customer support, under written contracts that protect the data. We share data with authorities only where the law requires it. An up-to-date list of sub-processors is available on request.
7. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK. When they do, we rely on adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, and other appropriate safeguards.
8. How long we keep data
- Account data: while your account is open, and up to 30 days after closure.
- Billing records: 6 years, as required for tax purposes.
- Contacts' data: as described in section 5.
- Support messages: up to 2 years.
9. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls, logging and regular backups to protect data. No system is completely secure, so please keep your login safe and tell us straight away if you suspect unauthorised access.
10. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [ADD SUPPORT EMAIL]; we reply within one month. If you are a contact of one of our customers, please contact the brand that messaged you first, as they control your data; we will pass on your request if you write to us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
11. Cookies
Our website and app use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. We only use analytics or marketing cookies with your consent, which you can change at any time.
12. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will let you know by email or in the app before the change takes effect.
